However, it has been challenging for residents and tourists to secure a spot due to overwhelming demand. To address this, the society has implemented an annual fall ticket lottery, ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to experience the castle’s grandeur.
Recently, Tovrea Castle made headlines when an intruder trespassed on the property, causing significant damage to the basement doors and a historical exhibit, amounting to approximately $90,000 in repairs. Yet, despite this unfortunate incident, the dedication to preserving the castle’s legacy remains unwavering.
